Please see attached Press Release regarding our Electrical Aggregation.

• Current aggregation ends with December 2025 meter reads.

• New aggregation is estimated to be 28% less than current rate.

• New program will be from December 2025 – May 2026.  Too many unknowns in the market to extend further.

• This is an opt-out program meaning that everyone is automatically enrolled and those who do not want to participate must opt out.  The VOHC board understands the concerns with this approach, but it is the only way to participate, and the Board did not want to miss an opportunity to offer savings.

• Opt-out instructions are included in the attached document.

• We are committed to publishing actual savings as the program moves forward so people know if/how much they are saving.  Doing so will also provide an opportunity to opt out later if savings do not materialize.

• Residents should receive letters in mid-October.

Reminder: The work to extend the sidewalk North of 116 from Pekin Lane to McCallister is scheduled to begin today.

Please note, 116 will be reduced by one lane during the construction so please use caution when driving in the area.
