Side by Side, UTV, and Golf Cart registration day, January 14, 2025!
The VOHC Board recently approved changes to the Golf Cart and UTV permit ordinance.
- Golf Carts still must be registered and require permits available after inspection.
- UTV’s (Side by Sides) can now be operated within the village. UTV’s must also be registered and require permits available after inspection.
- Golf carts and UTV’s operating without permit stickers are subject to fines.
- ATV’s (4 wheelers) are still not allowed to be operated within the village.
- Operating on 116 is only allowable by crossing perpendicularly.
In order to accommodate these changes, the VOHC is offering to inspect Golf Carts and UTVs on January 14, 2025 from 9am-1pm at the Village Hall.
There will be no registration charges on this date and stickers will be valid until April 30, 2026.
